Dig the burlap. I was thinking about adding some to my L96 (page 4). Is that the grass stuff they use in plant pots?

Here's my latest work on my M249 PARA: Like I mentioned in another thread, I ditched the bipod, and added a vertical grip, which was easier said than done... It's surprisingly difficult to fit a grip in that channel, so I had to dremel down my grip.

There is actually no federal law against removing your orange tip. It only needs to be there for shipping and transportation. State laws vary, but in my state, there's no law against it. I'm just smart about transporting my gun. All of my guns are in cases until they are at the field, so there's no reason for any of my guns to have an orange tip. The first thing I do when I get a new gun, is to take the tip off, or paint over it. If legally I don't need it, and I never put myself in a situation where the public would feel threatened, then why have it, you know?

I think in New York where I live the state law requires that there must be at least a 6mm blaze orange tip on airsoft guns ,so the only way you can cover the tip is if you put on a silencer.

| It is illegal to conceal or remove the paint in states like California and New York that have stricter gun laws. hehe... but ive done it anyway. Just like Booligan said if the public cant see it, and so on, then im at no risk anyway. _________________ Three shots doesn't a widow make. Head Moderator
