| They are special because they biodegrade. Normal bbs never break down over time, and litter up the field. Biodegradable bbs break down over time, and are more environmentally responsible. Lots of fields are starting to require them, as the they are better for the environment. | |

| ^Depends on which bbs you get. G&G Bios break down to something like 5% of their previous weight, and TSD Bio180s break down to pretty much dust in 180 days.
Unfortunately, I don't think airsoft will be around when normal bbs start breaking down, in about 2500 years... | |

Well, the Biodegradeable are also high grade to, but are about 3 dollars more expensive | |
