Why is this vest $40 http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=3015 , and this vest $65 http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=2766 ?
Because they look the same to me. Question

I guess its just the maker, UTG and UK Arms. Sometimes companys people jack up the price, look at Echo1 v.s. JG.

UTG is a rebrander. I'm not sure if they rebrand gear, but if they do, that's why it's more. (hence E1 compared to JG)

Ehh, ASGI, as awesome as it is, is not completely perfect. Ex, they sell G&P M120 long type motors cheaper than their short type ones, even though they are the exactly the same motor (heck, if they are gonna have different prices, one would think that the one which larger would be more expensive anyways). So basicly, dont always trust retailer prices as a system of comparison all the time. But yeah, it is probably a rebrand.

I am not sure about the re-brand thing, but I can tell you that the UTG vest is a nice vest over all. Comfortable, one size fits all, lots of mag space. You cant customize you load out as much as you could with more expensive vests, you cant win it all with 40 dollars (:

This is not a rebranded vest, simply different materials used in the construction. UTG may have been using the exact same design, but in order to make their look-alike cheaper they have acted to using cheaper materials.
