| Hey guys, Im surprised there isn't already a topic on this one. I was wondering if ordering from shorty usa would be a good idea. The reason I would is because they have 2 products that I want and no other retailer sells both. Any good or bad experiences? | |

| They have no contact whatsoever
no email, no phone
I have returned a broken gun and they replaced it for me.
They are great for some stuff, but guns like Echo 1, they change 20-40 dollars more!

| I HATE SHORTY USA!!!!!!! When I ordered my UTG shotgun, they charged my about $20 for shipping. It took 2 weeks to get to my house. After it broke withing a week, I emailed them about the warranty. They said that the problem would go away if I used good quality BBs. So, a week later, I finally got to a store where I could get some BBs. They DID NOT help a bit, and I still had to send it back. I paid another $15 shipping, to get another shotgun, which also broke within a few months.
Now, the gun being piece of junk is not their fault, and they did give me a new gun, however they are still WAY overpriced, and their shipping cost almost as much as the gun. I would order from another place. Also, they often miss-mark items like the "JG M14 SOC" which doesn't exist. What products are they you want?

It says so on the shotgun page...........so you are either lying or there shipping went down a LOT

| The only two things I dont like about the site is that they have no effective contact and they are overpriced. I have bought a lot of stuff from them but the only reason I do is that I get my items overnight for free probably due to my location. If I order something during a weekday before 4 then I get it the very next afternoon even though I only pay for ground shipping and without the VIP charge. Therefore the overpricing cancels itself out for me since I pay nothing extra for the fast shipping. I'm just very lucky on that bit though. I've never had any other problems with them though but I hear they are not very responsive to emails and instead have that god awful automated thing which doesnt help at all. The site is pretty easy to navigate and what other site do you know of has videos like that? The reviews are 90% bull though but I never trust reviews of retail sites anyway. And yes, the shipping depends on whats in your cart and there is a flat fee on that I think too. If one of the items you want happens to be the UTG M3 then wait a bit if you want since I just got confirmation from a friend of mine that ASGI is picking them up. Even Shorty is better than SpeedyToys though... | |

| I've bought several things from them. They've all come when they were supposed to and have been in one piece, not to mention a bunch of my friends have bought from them with no problem at all. I don't see why everyone hates them, although is suppose we all could've gotten extremely lucky. | |

| Or maybe because you live closer to their supply warehouse, or store, and you get it quicker, and maybe better service | |

| well, a lot of their stuff isn't over priced.
The only stuff that I see that is very overpriced is their Echo1/JG guns and the UTG snipers.
