Hey guys, This gun is the latest addition to the arsenal. I was wondering if you can control hop up on these guns? I can literally aim 15 feet in front of me at the ground and the bb will swing up. Is there any way to reduce the hop up of this gun? THanks.

My friend has just purchased this gun recently, and he said it was high also. However, after being "broken in" the hopup seems to have dialed down a touch. So my only advice is heavier bb's and to give the gun some more use before you plan on playing in a game with it.

You could always take the slide off and turn down the hop-up... It does have adjustable hop-up. Also, I found that mine shot best with .23s, as it was chronoing in the ball park of 360-380 fps, and needs heavier bbs.

I second that, although I used .25's most of the time because I used it for longer range shots. You might not have known that there IS even an adjustable hop-up on this since the manual (or mine at least) did not mention it. Just pull back the slide a little and knock out the take down lever and it should come off at which point you should see the dial. If turning it down doesnt work as much as you'd thought, its true that it will settle down after a while of use.
