| Ok so I was watching a movie the other day and I realized that the bolt pull on real guns is much easier on airsoft. So for the realism does anyone know of any airsoft snipers that have easy bolt pull. Please do not comment if you have no idea what your talking about Thanks Theprodigy | |

| Gas snipers usually have very low lb cocking efforts whether it be the any of the gas type 96's, M700's, or the like. This is obviously because it's not setting a huge spring to propell the bb but instead just setting a small one to strike the gas valve. This is more realistic to a real firearm for the same reasons but instead of a gas valve you have the primer on the chambered round. Spring snipers typically have about a 20-25 lb cocking effort, but each can be remedied with use, upgrading, and lubrication. My L96's bolt took effort out of the box even with the factory lubrication but I took it out, added some better lube and then after about 1000 rounds it's at the point where it's so broken in it's like night and day to when I first got it. I have heard that the VSR-10 has an easy pull stock, but I've never shot one. But like I said, bolt pull can be lessened with any spring sniper, it just probably wont be as easy as a gas one. | |

| For under 150 your pickin's are slim as far as a gas bolt action. The only ones I've even heard of for that cheap is the HFC VSR-10 and some variant of the same gun called HGX-231B. Both are well under 150. Are they good? Hell if I know, but the HFC one doesnt sound bad at all and VSR's have upgardes parts out the ying yang. Now if you want one that is cheaper and actually does have a good track record that I know about, save up 50 extra and get the KJW M700 (not the take down version as there is a risk of compression issues and thus had a higher lemon rate). This gun has gotton some pretty good reviews and still manages to only run about 200 bones minus a budget for a scope, etc. Now if cash wasnt an issue I'd recommend a tanaka sniper which really has a butter bolt, but thats going into the realm of 400 plus at least but with those you get what you pay for. I'd say the M700 gasser is your best bet though. | |

| Yeah thats the variant I mentioned. Looks sketchy tho. I'd still say the M700 is the way to go though for a cheaper gas bolt action. | |
