| OK, so my friend, as you know, in the trouble shooting section, broke a full metal A&K. and the foregrip just popped off. and he did not drop it or mistreat it. Anyways, he sent it back about a month and a half ago, he asked me what he should do. Any ideas. He already emailed them 6 times and no response what so ever... | |

| It was in the time of warranty. He sent it in, and they were either to repair on give him a new one, he only had it for a week.... | |

| Before he sent it, did he set up an RMA number, or file a claim? They should have given them a claim # or RMA # so he can call and ask them what's up. | |

| yea, if he didn't send an RMA # or claim # then they will probably just disregard it. | |

| ^Yeah, you can't just send it back. You have to contact them first, get a RMA#, and then send it back. Otherwise, they'll just ignore it. | |

| Then he should call them about it, talking to them in person is way more effective. | |

| Also, I don't think they are going to repair it because he had it for a week. Their policy is no later than 48 hours you must contact them. | |

| Because he sent it a week later the whatever they used to tell that the gun was his and needed to be fixed might have expired. | |
