Grenades

Ya know on second thought, i would not make em' because 1.)it's dangerous and 2.) it's hard to use because the reaction happens too fast and 3.)because it is unpredictable. You probably could ask your friends to bring a couple dollars each time you play and put it in a jar or something and save up for a grenade or two.

I recommend two options for grenades:
1. Plastic dummy grenades. No noise, but are dirt cheap (we found them at a grocery store in the toy department for $3 for 2).
We play 10' kill zone. If it lands within 10' of you , call yourself out.

2. Wait for the Airsoft Innovations grenade. It will be pricy, probably around $80, but it is 100% reuseable, and doesn't require any replacement parts. It shoots out 180 bbs in a 360' spread, effectively killing anyone in a 15'x15' room, 100% of the time. The timer is accurate, and is set for an even 3 seconds. It uses propane/Green gas as propulsion, and is the only grenade that I've used that actually works like a grenade is supposed to.

What's the fps if you put in .12s because I think they are using .20s in the video? Besides that query it looks like it would be quite effective.

^I'm not sure. It actually works better with the heavier bbs, as they have more kinetic energy to spin the grenade body. If you use lighter bbs, it may not have enough spread. I had the privilage of testing it at SHOT, and it was VERY impressive.

u know i really like erric's idea of putting money in a jar each week and save up because thats mostly what we do for bb's if were running low we all chip like 15-20$ and and i order like 20- 40k bb's so ill bring that up next game
