| ....Could you at least stick to your own topic? JG has just recently released their own full metal/ wood AK47s. You can find them on Gunners, and i think RSOV.
The whole Clip or Magazine terminology does not matter. I mean if it did matter so much, i wouldnt be surprised if you through a spasm over a manual written in good old "engrish". So if you all could, please stop talking about the clip, or magazine. Thanks

| Honestly, the price difference between cheap metal and good plastic isn't that much.
Forget the fact that these entire guns cost about $40 to make, whether they are plastic, metal, etc... The shipping is what drives up the total cost of metal bodied guns.
An extra 2-3 lbs of metal can add a lot to the total shipping cost, especially considering they get transported like this: Factory->Dock->HK wholesaler->Dock->US Wholesaler->US Retailer->You, the cost adds up, especially on a heavier, metal bodied gun. Everyone bumps up the price, and that's how a gun that costs $40 to make ends up being over $100.

Not much more than $40-$75. The only thing extra you're paying for is a brand name, and a few extra or better paid people building the thing. TM's prices are so high because they don't sell directly to US stores. THey want no part in the US market, so someone in HK has to buy TM's in bulk, and then sell them to US stores, but at a much higher price than if TM was selling it to US stores themselves. And since the TM fanboys will pay pretty much any price asked for a gun, even if it sucks, they make money. Airsofters are suckers, lol... G&P's are on the slightly more expensive end of manufacturing, because of their manufacturing processes. G&G is like any other manufacturer, you're paying for the brand name and higher paid people to put it together. Long story short, and to prevent further OT posting, airsoft guns are dirt cheap to make, but the companies charge alot because of these reasons: 1. Shipping adds up 2. Brand queens will pay the high price 3. Skilled labor costs more than typical ACM sweatshop labor 4. R&D costs money, and they want to recoup their loss 5. Most importantly, the gun will trade hands about 4-7 times before it gets to you, and everyone has their hand in the cookie jar. Everyone is making money at every step, and that raises the price.
