| I ordered a JG G36C and a Galaxy MP5k PDW from them a few weeks ago. They emailed me saying that the G36C is out of stock, and they don't know when it'll come back into stock. Then, as I was checking the AEG section, I noticed that they've taken the MP5k PDW off the web. I emailed them a couple of times. What should I do, cancel order or keep on waiting? They wont rip me off rite??? Man, why does this sh*t happen to me | |

| Call them. It may take a few tries, but you'll get through. They'll take care of everything over the phone. | |

| I agree with Booligan, give them a call or two.
If the they can't tell you when the product will be in, I would just cancel my order and go somewhere else with my hard earned money.
Mistakes like this always happen, doesn't mean they are a bad retailer.
Good luck! | |

| In all my dealings with Airsplat they have been good to me. Just give them a call, its not like they are EVIKE or something.
I HATE EVIKE. | |

| Evike is horrible, it shipped me an JG AK-47 when I ordered a Echo 1, and they did not fix it. Then two days later the gun failed, I called to have it fixed and they said they could not help me. There customer service sucks. | |

| OK here's the deal. With Airsplat, if your item is not in stock, they will ask you to either: 1) Wait for the item to come back in stock 2) Ask if you'd like to look for a different gun 3) Return Money to you.
Personally, I only know of one person whom this has happened to, and he chose to get a different gun of the same price. It came very quickly afterwards, and he's happy with his alternate choice anyway.

| Go banging on there front door! Well, Calling is the most effective, unless its one of those a**es that pick up the phone, and put it on mute, watch TV and when you are done talking, say OK. Well. IMO airsplat had good cumstomer service, but takes to long. It took one time 2 weeks to ship me something. Another time. they forgot to mail it to me, just give them a call though | |

| i tried calling them up but their number doent work so i have to email them i think they try to avoid answering my emails as long as possible when they finally answered they told me that it was going to take an additional 2-4 weeks because their item was out of stock. They also didnt mention anything about my MP5k pdw (i ordered it but they taken it off airsplat) If u go to www.airplat.com[url] u'll see that its taken off | |

| I bet you got one of the last ones, I say just wait. I would email and ask for the shipping code so you can track the gun if there is one on the way. | |

| Normally with my experience they may say 2-4 weeks, I would actually anticipate 3-5 weeks. If they get the aeg in 2-4 weeks, it may take them a week to get the aeg to your house. So it would be wiser to think of it as 3-5 weeks before you get your hands on the aeg. | |

| I was able to go to their warehouse when I went down to California this weekend, and let me tell you, they are a massive operation.
They ship out an entire 18 wheeler trailer worth of stuff every day. EVERY DAY!! I'm not sure if some of you guys grasp how many orders that is daily.
So, no, they are not ignoring your emails. They have 6 people doing general customer service, and get about 500-750 emails every day, not counting the phone calls, faxes, etc... That's just CS, not even the sales and tech departments. They also just changed their phones from a normal system to a VOIP system, so theoretically, the phone should never ring busy. If you are having problems with them, try calling them.
I was able to pick up some fun new project guns while I was there, namely: Army L85 Galaxy MP5K Galaxy PDW JG AUG A1 JG MP5SD6 ACM 6mm gas shotgun UTG ACU M14 and a few more I may have forgotten.
This is going to be a fun few weeks.
That combined with the JG Thunder Maul (Ika Zucha Anime gun) I picked up from Evike to review, and my collection has effectively been fluffed, lol...

| ^No, the galaxy PDW I got was from their pile of broken guns and warranty returns.
It was a busted gun, so they couldn't sell it.

| ^Going quite off topic here, but I like it. I picked one up with a shredded piston for free, so once I replace the piston, I'll give you more feedback about it. | |
