| Well, TSD launched their new M3 multishot shotgun, and it blew the UTG out of the water. It's got the proper long barrel, which is made of metal, and it comes with a very nice shell holder for the stock, as well as 4 shells. Plus it should be the same price as the UTG, effectively making the UTG a bad buy once the TSD comes out in July. Enjoy some sneak peek pics before my full review over at ASRetreat: | |

| Isn't TSD a rebrander? (or once was) | |

| No, I'm pretty sure they are a manufacturer. | |

| They are a distributor (their name means Team Specialized Distribution), but have a more active role in the production process than other rebranding/importing companies. They tell the manufacturer pretty much exactly how to build it.
ASGuy, I got it for free, but they are listing the MSRP at $84. Now, this SOUNDS high, but TSD's MSRP and the actual price are usually off. I anticipate a retail price of about $70 when it comes out in July. | |

| I know this is old but do you know if TSD will sell a stockless version? Becuase I want one without the stock, and if utg's the only budget choice, then that's what I'll get... | |

| Nice post, good pics. I have to say my impressions have been generally good. The fps of course is on the lower end, but frankly given the CQB environment, its not an issue. Also, the cocking effort would probably begin to approach an unreasonable amount and its already on the heavier side. The FPS is really closer to 260 than 280 at least with .2g, and it drops like a stone with .23s to around 200. Accuracy was fair enough but I wouldn't really expect to hit targets at ranges of more than 100' with any consistency. I do like the metal barrel and the overall fit an finish and the shell holder on the stock works quite well. Also, I have discovered that the single fire shells seem to work just fine with the 3 rd burst. In skirmishes it was actually pretty cool to have the thing on the back and then whip it out to enter the buildings. | |

| I actually prefer the shorter barrel length of my UTG M3. I use it in CQB/MOUT and the length makes it way easy to maneuver. Thats a personal nitpick, but I will compliment TSD on the extra 2 shells and holder. You're paying about 5 extra bucks for 2 more shells (which are all red. I hated having a red one, a black one, and an extra pack having greens.....c'mon, green? really?), a shell holder, and a bit more gun (a con for me but to others might be perfect). | |
