| The black gearbox is reinforced and has superior interior parts. | |

| Theoretically all guns using a V2 gearbox made in 2008.
When you see the "enhanced" or "2008" version at stores, and it costs a little more than the older ones, this is why.
The '08 ARs also come with one piece outer barrels, basically eliminating barrel wobble.

| what parts are reinforced? Are they that much better than regular JG internals? (they run on an M130, so I'd hope they are lol) | |

| The shell itself is reinforced on SOME of the guns. I have the Maul with the black gearbox, but it's not reinforced, while the 416 I had was.
Internally, it still uses plastic bushings, but the piston is better material, piston head is better, etc...
There's a full breakdown of the differences somewhere on ASRetreat, search there for it.

| lol they still use plastic bushings........not the best idea when running an M120, let alone an M130.

| Meh... I still have yet to see them fail, even on the M130 spring.
It's a bigger problem when you're running high ROF, like 25+ RPS. They heat up and can actually melt, seizing up the gearbox.

| that would suck lol
I didn't know plastic bushings are that durable. Whenever upgrading TMs, people always suggest metal bushings like it is totally necessary. (you might as well, since 6mm bushings only run like 20)
