| I love my Jg g36 but haveing to wind the mag every 70 or so shots kinda sucks i was looking for another hi cap and i found an auto winding 3000 rnd C mag for like $45-$60 and wanted to know if it was worth it or if there is another way like getting another 470rnd mag and clipping them together?
thanks, theguywiththegun202

| If you wind the mags all the way, they feed almost all the bbs. Wind them until you hear a "click" and then you're good to go. I have two E1 G36C mags and they work great in my E1. (I wind them up all the way and I'm good. I wind a little during the game just to be on the safe side)
The mags that come with E1s are the same thing just in case you are thinking they are two different things.
Do you need 3000 rounds? C mags can sometimes have a tendency to jam depending on what kind you get. (if you are going to be using crossmans, I wouldn't recommend a C mag)
I would just suggest getting another high cap and winding them all the way.
hope this helps | |

| Or get midcaps and never worry about winding, rattling, or looking like a noob ever again | |

| lol thanks i won't look like a noob......... hey stealth so what your saying is that if i wind them all the way it'll fire all 470 or about? ya i do plan on getting another 470rnd mag but if thats true i might be able to wait a while on the extra.
oh and i did know that the mags were universal for my G36, E1, JG and CA i think too.......

| Only problem with G36 midcaps is that it's hard to store them in vests since they are so large.
Try winding your mag until it clicks and then let us know how it works.

| ^Good thing they click together You can keep sets of 3 mags clicked together stored in a SAW mag pouch. You can't fold the stock, but honestly, who really does that in a normal game? | |

| I'm just going to throw this out there, it is possible to replace the mag well of the G36C and make it take M4/M16 mags for about 30$. I can't say how much/if the new mag well affects the feeding of the magazine but I plan on buying one myself just to check it out. Heres one from Airsoftgi: http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=2304 | |
