| i need a new gun that is reliable and performs great. I would like something that is $180 or less, max i can go is mabey $190. I would perfer something that has high ROF, and at least 380 fps. I am looking for a gun with metal internals, plastic body is fine though. | |

| Get a G&G Sportline. End of story
It does not shoot 380 fps (around 350) but it will be a way better performer than a clone. (internally and externally) Almost identical internals as the High End version and it is made of Nylon Fiber. (I say almost, because they have like brass bearings instead of something else. Something like that lol)
Don't buy a JG...... | |

Don't buy a JG...... That's great and all, but what if he's not looking for an M4? Perhaps he'd be more interested in an AUG or an AK variant. Tac could you be more specific with what models youre looking for?

| Yeah sorry about that. Im looking for all models I would prefer to stay away from the M4s but if those are what you think i should get i have no problem getting one, but i would prefer to stay out of the ordinary. One thing is NO M16s OR AKs | |

I beg to differ. I have a full metal G&G M4 and a JG MP5-A5 and there performance is almost comparable. The G&G is more accurate to farther distances and the hop-up is much better, on the MP5 the hop-ups setting is easily changed and switched accidentally. The JG, though plastic is the most durable gun in the world, you cant make me change my mind. It was my first AEG and almost 250,000 rounds later it is still going strong. Stock. It also survived getting dropped on concrete from varying heights, being ran over with a 4 wheeler during a small skirmish, and getting dropped in a pond. The G&G has a beautiful body and deadly accuracy. But not the fastest rate of fire. Never really put through any extreme circumstances but 30 degree weather this gun is pretty close to perfect. The trade off is worth it to me, JG= high ROF and cheap vs. G&G= everything but ROF The JG is also in my opinion more durable than any metal gun no matter the brand. Systema does not count. I say save money and get a JG.

| You're saying you've shot 250,000 rounds through your JG and you've never re-shimmed/relubed? TMs are like the only guns known to do that.... Even then, I doubt they don't regrease....
You sure you mean 250,000 rounds?
G&G makes a sportline MP5 and so does ICS.
If you want a G36 model, look into SRC.
JGs are good beginner guns, really nothing else. Mine is becoming a pain the in butt.....
Tac, you need to let us know what you are looking for. There are countless number AEGs out there. Do some research and come back to us with a couple of guns. At least settle on a design. I personally love G36s because they look sweet, have a V3 gearbox, and are easy to take down.

| Sorry, MAJOR typo. My JG has only gone 150,000 rounds. The only thing I did to the gun was after it was dropped in the pond. I took it apart, cleaned it out and lubed it but no parts were ever replaced. G36s are really nice, I considered getting the TSD Gen II G36 but got gear instead. I'm also a fan of the p90 and bull pup rifles. | |

| According to TSD, sometime in April. I'm not going to wait that long
I'm going to just get the SRC G36K Gen 2 and then later on throw in a guarder FTK.
If you can wait, then definitely...um wait ha ha
