| I have letter A in silver and its the best gas pistol I have shot to date. The two guns are exactly the same save for the cosmetic differences. The only problem I have had with mine is that the front 1/4 of the slide (the part at the end which doesnt blowback) tends to comes loose with repeated firing. You remove it with a tiny allen included with the gun, and the screw becomes loose when you have fired say 3 mags worth or so. I fixed this by adding a TINY drop of glue from a hot glue gun (tacky glue works as well) and this will make it sturdy enough to fix without permanently locking the screw in which would be a negative since you have to remove this piece to dismantle the gun for cleaning, etc. The accuracy is dead accurate at 50 feet (I can hit a quarter 8/10) and the hop up is great (not perfect though) as to engage targets at about 150 feet away. I have not shot it beyond that, but at that distance the groupings spread about a foot+ but its a pistol so its not going to be super accurate at that range. This thing sounds and kicks amazing, has a unique look, and is dependable if you take good care of it. DONT overlube this gun or you might have performance problems. A little dab will do ya. The green fiber optic sight also helps as well and plain looks cool. Lastly, you'll enjoy the weight of this gun as its full metal and weighs only a little less than the real steel gun.It even has a built in rail which I mounted a UTG laser onto and you can get an adapter for it if you want to add a silencer. If you can afford it as well as the gas, get this gun and an extra magazine. You can use red gas in this gun, it wont hurt it. | |

| In my opinion, WE "Dragons" are awful. They feel like they are made of depleted uranium (that's not a good thing), have horrible gas capacity, don't respond well to some aftermarket parts, and just don't shoot as nicely as KSCs or TMs. | |

| ^Yep, the Dragons suck. Horrible material in the slides. I've seen one shoot clean off the gun while using Propane, lol...
THe normal HiCapa's are better, and have the nice aluminum slide if you get one of the newer ones.

| It sounds like the guns are not that consistant. secretweapon might have gotten a "peach", but others might not be so great. For a standard good GBB, I would always recommend the KWA glock series. | |

A and B are the same but B looks cooler They are only just different colors. OK so I can see major inconsistancies in the performance of the gun. I believe that it is not that the gun is bad, but has a very high lemon rate.

| It's not just a consistency problem, it is a general QC problem. | |

| That's why I recommend getting one of the Caspian traded ones through TSD. If something goes wrong, you've got a warranty. I know a lot of the earlier problems got worked out in the last few runs, mainly with the changeover to an aluminum "piston" (best way to describe it) in the blowback chamber (with it's special U shaped O-ring), and the change over to the aluminum slide. That bumped the shot consistancy up alot, and gave it better gas mileage, so to speak.
I love my Caspian 5.1 Tac, about 1000 rounds through with no problems yet.

| The warranty is through TSD. Go to www.airsoftsd.com and see if you can file a claim. I think the warranty is only for 30 days from purchase though. | |

| Just curious booligan, but who actually is the OEM for WE? The other day while browsing SRC's website i noticed that they listed all if not all of WE's pistols. Im assuming SRC is the OEM...but i always thought it was WE. Could you elaborate on the subject? | |

| WE is the OEM. They are very close with SRC, which is why they are shown on SRC's site. SRC doesn't make them, but is working on their own GBB guns, including an FN 5-7. | |
