Does anyone know anything about the new A&K M249's? I was particularly interested in the M249 MKll.
In 1 month I will be getting around $500 and was planning to purchase my first HPEG and was getting either a GnG GR16 Carbine or M249. What do you recommend?
Right now my team consists of only Riflemen. So wouldn't a Mg be a very good investment for this team?

I would say wait until more reviews come out for the M249 before you make your decision. In my opinion, the G&G will be an overall better investment, and you can spend leftover money on accessories.

I also saw that advantage, but everyone on my team wants me to get a M249, but the CA's are to expensive...
