LiPoly Batteries Empty
PostSubject: LiPoly Batteries   LiPoly Batteries EmptyTue Oct 23, 2007 7:19 pm

Want to increase your ROF?
Have you ever wanted to be the guy with the highest ROF at the field?
If so, here is your chance, LiPoly batteries offer this.

So what is LiPoly?
LiPoly is currently the most powerful airsoft battery made, even greater than 10.8v. LiPoly operates at a maximum of 11.1v
LiPoly batteries are about the size of a 8.4v 600mah battery but produce more power than a 9.6v 3300mah pack.

How can I care for my new battery?
LiPoly batteries unlike the rest have special needs to keep them functioning.
When these batteries over heat they will expand, the exploding rumor is false. Once your battery starts to expand it is recommended to put it away until it can cool down again.
Only use LiPoly battery chargers, anything else WILL result in permanent damage to the battery.

Will this damage my gun?
The straight answer is yes, if the gun is not upgraded to handle a LiPoly.
LiPoly batteries stress out weak motors and remove gear life span.

Life cycle of LiPoly?
A LiPoly battery can be charged 1400 to 1500 times before losing life.
Unlike normal batteries, when done using a LiPoly battery it has to charged then put away for storage.

This is just a basic outlook on LiPoly, for more information please post it here and I will get you an answer ASAP.
