Kwa g18 or g19?

Which do you think is the better buy and why?

I own the 19 (real and KWA airsoft) and I like it better than the 17/18. The latter is bigger and is still a good firearm but I like the feel of the 19 better. It feels more proportionate and is compact without being super tiny like the 26. I also think full auto guns are a waste of time and money since accuracy sucks on full auto with gas (do they even make a nbb full auto gas pistol??) and the economy of it doubly sucks since you will go through gas and bb's in a heartbeat. I would stick to semi auto, so if you like the size fo the 18, get the 17 and a 50 round mag and you'll be happier in the long run. I still like the 19 best for the already stated reasons and also that it is typically 20 bucks cheaper on most sites.

I like the full auto on the G18, but it is more expensive than the others. if you want to save some $$ than buy the G19, but i think the G18 would be better in a jam.

They are both great guns. I would get the G18, just cause it has the ability to use full auto.

I know on paper the G18 sounds so cool, and sounds like it would get you out of a jam...it does not. Really, the full auto feature is useless. Please try and picture it. You set it to full auto, pull the trigger, and all of your bb's come spraying out of your gun in two seconds. Now some would say, "Yea thats why its awesome, you can get a ton of people out"...but, you really can not. On auto the bb's going flying everywhere and it would be hard to hit the broad side of a barn (okay exaggeration, but you get the idea). IMO the g18 is a big waste of money. And the more moving parts you got, the less reliable it will be. Like I said, sometimes simplicity is a virtue. If you want a gun bigger than the 19 get the 17...but I dont reccomend the 18, just my 2 cents.

Its basic logic too. The more moving parts you have, the less reliable it will most likely be. Of course there are always exceptions, but really, just go with the 19, you wont be upset.
