| Ok, I've narrowed down my two choices for an AEG, the G&G SOC 16 and the G&G M16A2. Which do you think is better? BTW, I usually play woodland. | |

| I voted SOC16, but it doesn't really matter. They are both the same length, nearly the same weight, M16A2 has more compatibility.
Are you sure you don't mean the G&G M16A3?

| Ok, idk why you would want a M16A2, when it lacks a removable carry handle. but w/e.
There is much more compatibility for items with the M16 than the SOC16. You are forced to use G&G mags, which are 35$ a piece.

| Well, I definately don't want to spend $35 on a magazine lol. I do like the wide range of options with an M16. | |

| Also, you have to realize there are only small amounts of replacement parts for the SOC16. Gears, spring guides, motors can be found any where for the SOC16. But cylinders, cylinder heads, tappet plates are rare. | |

| Yeah, i've actually decided on getting the G&G M4. But what I can't decide is if i want the metal or plastic one! Do you know if the internals are any different in the plastic version? Thanks. | |

Thanks. From what I have seen, they have no difference internal wise. Just go metal, feels great, lasts long. More return value if you want to sell it.

| I'd go with the metal M4.
Since you were already going to spend that much anyway definitely get the metal M4.
The plastic is strong too, but I'd go with the metal.

| I would go with the pastic M4 because it is much lighter and is easier to run with Maybe you may get a custom hybrid version?? metal parts and plastic mostly what you like for the feel | |
