| I would like to spend only about 150$ just for a gun to start out with. From what i have heard echo 1 is great so does anyone have any suggestions, about which gun and which retailer i should buy it from. Thanks. | |

| I think we have enough of these threads already. Narrow it down to 2-3 guns that you like, and we will proceed.

| Ok, E1 mp5a4, E1 g36 or E1 m4a1 which will last me longest with the best results? | |

| Okay here are the pros and cons of the guns
G36C- highest mag cap (450), second in accuracy, second in power. worst sights out of the 3
MP5- Most accurate- lowest mag cap (200), third in power- good sights
M4- Most range, worst accuracy, second in mag cap (300) Good sights
They WILL all last the same amount of time.
Although, the M4 could break if you dropped it. (the barrel could snap)
An Echo 1 worker recommended the G36C to me and I'm glad I bought it.
It depends on where you are playing. The G36C is the most balanced because it is compact, has good accuracy, and good power.

| Everything that has been said is good advice.
The one thing I would ask you to ask yourself is, "What gun looks the best to me?"
Remember, that $150 is a lot of money and you'll have to live with your purchase for a little while.
Make sure you like the way it looks!
FTW, I would vote for the G36C bc its solid, good mag cap and excellent battery compartment, plus its versatile (More compact than the m4 and about the same length as the MP5 with the stock folded).
Best of luck on the decision!

| I will agree with Admin here. The Echo1 G36c is the "best" all round choice.
Pros Large magazine capacity Sturdy frame Light Folding stock Average sights
Cons No trademarks | |

| This is a little OT sorry @Me my friend just recieved his echo 1 g36c from asgi and it has trademarks which was odd I was not expecting that. Also the weights of the guns may factor in as well if its your first aeg this things can weigh a lot more than you expect.
-Me- It's ok, its replying to my post saying no trades. If we need an entire debate on trades, then we need new topic.

Oh.........................................dur Well, IT DOES have brand trades which I find to be pretty nice looking. I'm glad it doesn't have real trades because it would make the gun cost more.

| Back ot the mp5 weighs by far the least then the g36 and then the m4 and after a while it can get tiring to carry the guns if your not very strong. | |

| Prodigy, weight is a definite concern.
However, I would classify it as a peripheral concern.
That is, the weight of the gun should rarely be a factor which causes you to avoid an otherwise very solid AEG.
A sling can also help to mitigate the weight of the AEG.
You raise a good point though...all things to factor into the equation.

I'm sorry, but AK-47 sights blow. They may work for airsoft, but in the real world, they are terrible.

| Um try ggoing with the G36 Echo 1 since it is accurate, and accualy I really like the sights, but maybe you can go to an local airsoft store, and try them out maybe a tokyo marui or something, just to see which sights you like best, but it all comes down to which gun you like the best (looks) | |
