First off, if thats your price range, get the G19 (assuming you are looking at the KWA). Full auto gas guns like the g18 are fun at first but then they dissapoint you in accuracy as well as emptying your magazine in less than 2 seconds unless you pay 50 bucks for the high capacity magazine. The G19 is around 100 and it is also more compact while offering the same power, range and accuracy as the G18. Its also not super tiny like the G26. Now as for the M9, I was actually looking as this gun myself. KJW is a decent brand, but look at the KWA metal M9 "New Structure". It has an updated spring and blowback system which gives it better performance than the original kwa m9, and certainly more than the KJW. Between the two gun models, it comes down to style because both guns perform in the same vein. I like glocks, so I have the G19, but I am thinking about getting the M9 NS for myself for xmas. Either way, just know that KWA has pretty much the best track record among gas guns (maybe tied with WE) so lean towards them for an M9 if you decide so.

M9 NS:http://www.shortyusa.com/viewitem.php?II=1471

Glock: http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=191

I know the glock has a lot of orange on the slide but you can buy replacement slides for it with trademakrs or sand it down to a silver finish. The "max" version on airsoftgi is about 20 bucks more and comes with an upgraded valve and recoil spring. If you still want KJW tho get the tactical edition which has a railed frame and a better grip system.
