Does anyone know about airsfotgi's return policy I read what they have on there site I just want to know if someone has delt with it I recieved a gun that never worked and I want to return but I dont want the same model can I do that??

Contact ASGI via Email, and at the same time via phone.
Let them know you also sent an Email.
Let me know what they do from there, I can help you get a full refund, at which point you can purchase a different model.

You can't just write their return policy yourself.

Contact the BBB and file a complaint.
You want either different model or cash back.
Don't let them push you around, if you lose the complaint with the BBB then take there offer.

NO company is going to let you get a different gun. Don't wast your time. If you want a new gun that bad, sell it when you get it and buy a new one.
