| Scott, that vest you have, the pouches look like they can only fit 5.56 magazines and not 7.62. Remember ak magazines are longer and they curve more so as far as I've seen ak magazines fit the best in actual ak pouches. Oh the vest I linked is real(not airsoft brand) and is made especially for aks, and there is other vests on that site. Or you can buy a MOLLE vest and put an ak magazine pouch on it like this: vest: http://www.cheaperthandirt.com/MOLLE137-44933-1978.htmlPouch: http://www.cheaperthandirt.com/MOLLE122-48044-1975.html That is what I did, although I have a plate carrier. Those thing I linked also come in black. | |

| VestWith this vest you can put your mag pouches where you want them, along with holsters, etc... Dual mag pouchWith this setup you can put these mags anywhere on the vest. | |

| I was backing up your above statement. Agreeing that it is the best way to go.
This month you own a Ak-47 and next month you purchase a M4, with MOLLE you can keep the same vest and just re-arrange the pouches. | |

| Oh, ok. Oh, don't forget you can buy a pistol pouch, so you can have your pistol where ever you want. | |
