There is a member of the forums that is posting rude and offensive things in our forums, i think the best thing to do until some one in power is able to deal with him is to just ignore him, let him be. We are trying our best to contact some one who can deal with him, until that time, stay calm and do not type anything back to him.

Hey guys,

the offender has been banned and his posts are being removed.

It is likely that OMD or UWS or one of their "Friends" is behind this juvenile behavior.

It is sad to see this, but they of course feel burned and want to see ASR fail.

It is silly of them to think this type of behavior will get them anywhere, but for a little while this type of thing may continue.

Robofury had good advice, just try to ignore them until they tire themselves out.

I will be banning them as soon as they pop up and of course removing their posts.

Stay vigilant and alert me ASAP if you see another similar member pop up.

As I said, I strongly suspect that the perpetrator is OMD or UWS.

The party doing this has WAY TOO MUCH free time!

It is kind of humerous in a sick sort of way.

The reason they are doing this is because they want to disrupt ASR to make a point.

They felt that they were not strict enough, and of course they were being little dictators.

Now, they are trying to "show" that they were right.

Like little children, they will tire themselves out after they realize no one cares if they throw their little tantrum.

In the mean time, just ignore their sillyness.

I will put in more strict word sensors and that should help to ease the problem.

Yes, the 3T guy sounds a lot like a a friend of OMD or UWS. He is posting things that make zero sense and are very annoying. His grammar is also terrible.

Don't worry, despite what they might tell themselves right this moment (When the anger is fresh in their minds) they will tire of this.

They are not the first immature children I have dealt with and I am confident they will not be the last.

I would say I am shocked but I am really kind of... not.

Since the beginning the shady behavior of the mods that were in place kind of set me off. After forum revisions and exits, I just can't really understand all the nonsense.

A lot of things were happening behind us users backs. Something we really didn't know about. Mods would talk of things that we couldn't know about, some things legit, others shady.

It had just seemed odd to me, the dynamic host of moderation that were who they were at the time. Just always kind of seemed odd to me.

Honestly I have no clue if these forums are going to survive. I think they should, as there is a good video library in place, but with something like this happening to such a small community, is devastating, really. Not to mention that those who we lost were really in charge of overseeing progressions on some key aspects on the website.

Just don't let these shenanigans ruin the things our community already has in place. It's what happens now that can really effect what comes next.


I don't even really understand the full magnitude of what had occurred, but it sounds like we wont be seeing OMD or UWS anymore. Either way, keep the questions going and the reviews flowing, because I'd be willing to bet there's a whole host of aspiring airsoft-ers waiting for a community to open up, the place that this forum could be.

Bionicle Bert is right, but I think these may be things that are only with the Admin and the moderators, I think he is doing the best he can running the forum very successfuly, and I think he should keep doing it, because of how he ran it, this forum is pretty popular and is still up and running

Ya i thought about that, but it seemed this post is basically done anyway. I will do so promptly. Can i file a complaint to some one about this foolishness, who hosts the forums? Or is it our responsibility? It won't let me delete the second, could you do that for me ?

i didnt know you couldnt delete it, i was under the impression you could, sorry. Anyway, i believe that responsibility falls on the mods and Admin. Though if you guys would like i guess it could be your responsibility also. In a general sense, you guys would always report abusive posts, and promptly ignore them at the same time. thanks guys!

When skittle was spamming yesterday he came into the chatbox along with mp5, jacob and I. We all agreed that we should leave the chat and go somewhere else to chat. This way he would have no one to spam. Also how can we get in contact with the mods and the Admin if they are not online?

I think you can delete your post when it is new, but not after is been looked at or something like that. No problem.

Email or IM, are your best bets. But even then im not sure we could respond as fast as we'd like. This is due to school, unfortuneately my self, Airsoftguy, and K0NRAD all have school, and we simply cant attend to those problems until we get home, or sneak onto a computer at school, which i will be doing today. lol
