Note: im using www.photobucket.com to upand download these photos. Extremely easy to use, took me about a minute to make an account and upload the pics.

I use this gun. The firepower one, NBB. Good backup, nice FPS.

Also, in the 2nd post, is Panda's MP5 a LPEG? Because that gun looks like this cheap gun.

New gun, JG SIG 552.

A nice gun, no doubt. Shoots incredibly accurately, and is just overall a nice airsoft weapon.

I am looking into some kind of optics, but it didn't come with a rail for the upper receiver. Drat. I think a red dot would be perfect for this setup. Otherwise, I'd like to try out a vertical grip and silencer, and maybe a flashlight/laser for night games on the right rail.

Having just recently played rainbow six vegas, I've really started to appreciate the looks of the 552 with silencers and such, a nice looking gun IMHO.

They are supposed to come with a upper rail, I have one (from some Swiss company) and it has a rail on top. With that I bought a scope, and covered all the other rails with a bunch of accessories

Red dot scopes usually come with a rail thing that it is connected to, here is some sudgestions for scopes
this one, it is reliable, accurate, and good looking, it is on my friends G36c
http://www.airsoftextreme.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=480_98_494&products_id=2907

This next one, is if you want to spend big $$ and this one is on my Systema, this one has pinpoint accuracy, that can be adjusted, I put this on my dads hunting Sniper, and it is as good, if not better than his scope that came with it

without a rail on a M4, it zooms in past the front sight, I use that, and it works. Though i agree that my past post was a little bit offensive so sorry, but still...

Well, I have seen shortened MP5s using clips that big, They look very similar, but I doubt the bipod on it isv erygood, probably stiff, and not usefull when you are prone

It is like that on the JP Famas

No MP5 uses a magazine as big as the G3. MP5s are submachine guns, as the G3 is an assault rifle. Submachine guns shoot pistol rounds, while assault rifles use full sized rifle cartridges. You may have seen shortened G3s with that mag, but not MP5s. Personally, I use Well R8 mags in mine, as they are dirt cheap.
And the bipod is very good. Enough rotation to allow for different terrains, not too high or short, and it is very easy to fold and extend.

I know it was at Airsoft Extreme, It probably was a modified gun, or a shortened version of the G3

Thanks i was looking for that a little while ago. So really, what do you think of it, would you get it again if you could go back in time?

I would really like a gun that i can be able to upgrade ( such as tight bore, TM hop up, spring perhaps) will this do?

Is this a medium to long range gun?

I really like it. One of the most accurate ACM guns I've tested, good FPS, good range, overall good gun. It's a good start for a DMR.

The pricing will be best at airsoftadvantage.com when they have it back in stock. $105 with free shipping. Their service was exceptional as well.

I've never seen metal bushings worth $35 (just checked GI's price for the Echo, $140)

Also, I've never seen plastic bushings fail in a stock gun, ever. And I've used, owned, repaired, customized, and reviewed a lot of guns.

I still say stick with the JG, but I'm not going to go into a JG vs E1 discussion...

RoboFURY, if you really feel better with Echo1, go for it. I know the feeling of worrying your gun is going to fall apart in the middle of a game, and its not good. A lot of people say that you are just as well off with JGs. And it is true that plastic bushings will not wear out as fast as a lot of people will tell you. Personally, I have heard to many stories of JG lemons to really want to buy one. But the choice is yours. Get what YOU want.

Well said.

I won't buy JG because I've heard to many things about them. Since I get my guns for Christmas/birthday, the $30 dollars more that E1 charges doesn't matter to me.

If you are buying the E1 G3 from airsoftgi, the price difference from the E1 to the JG is only 5 bucks.

see for yourself

I think it's worth the extra cash to buy from a reliable retailer. What's the point in saving $$ if you never get your gun? (Aka evike)
