| Hey guys, I know that there has already been some discussion about the 2008 G&G line but i was wondering when the guns will be released. I am interested in getting the FAMAS and I'm sure some of you are interested in some of the other guns they are coming out with. So, when should we be expecting them?? Scott | |

| ^ yes they have, you can see it in the news section under the FAMAS clone section. Also, i have seen the line up on numerous other forums just none of them have dates. And this is news-it's about the new upcoming G&G line. | |

| You're incorrect : this is what G&G said in a letter.
Dear Customers, G&G will develop the following AEG's in 2008 FN2000 RK95 Micro Gali Famas AUGA3
They didn't include the date but figuring this came out a while ago, i was wondering if any news had come out since then.

| Yes they have actually, nothing close to what was listed on their website. For 2008, they will be releasing these guns: AIMS L85 SUSAT RK47 BETA Spetsnaz G3 SAS GR16 R4 commando So, no FAMAS, or F2000. No info on specific release dates yet. | |

| OK, I dont know how this works but could this possibly be the 2007 line being released in 2008 b/c often times companies do this. Idk, i just saw on a lot of other forums that same list that i previously posted. | |

| I really doubt that they are still attempting to produce those guns ATM. Like Sgt. Hartwig has said, that list was posted along time ago, and no picture evidence of progress has been released.
Also, if anything, the company would release the 2008 line in late 2007, like most do.

| On the other hand what Demosquad provided is news but does not pertain to the subject at hand which would be the list that scott provided. I was not saying that G&G had not released info on upcoming models, just that they have not released info on the models in that list.
thank you Demosquad...lol

| lol... My contact just got back from speaking with G&G, and they didn't mention a single thing about any of the guns you listed Scott, so don't hold your breath on them coming out anytime soon.
They ARE working on new models, but their primary push right now is getting the Top-Tech line out, and getting their L96 sniper rifle on the market.

| All G&G products under the brand Top Tech, will be gas I believe. They have a pneumatic blow back system for an Armalite series, and this L96, may use Tanaka firing mechanism, considering G&G has made Tanaka M700 parts. Also, know that it is going to be modeled after the AI-AE, which is a cheaper variant of the AW series. | |

| ^Nope, the Top-Tech guns are all AEGs, but have special gearbox that provides pneumatic blow-back, using redirected air from the cylinder. Pretty bad edited obscenity system actually.
The L96 isn't part of the Top-Tech line, just normal G&G.
If you guys want pics of the Top-Tech line or the L96, let me know. I have the pics I took at SHOT show. I also have my picture with the president of G&G, one of my fave experiences from the show!

| No not the Armalites...well not even that, i beleive they only have a HK416 set for release. My understanding of their pneumatic system was that it diverted the air pushed by the piston into a separate tube, which in affect pushed back the whole blowback unit..... not sure if i made any sense, im just saying what i remember from looking at pics of the system from Shotshow.
Which btw, booligan if you happen to have a pic of diagram of their blowback system could you post it?
lol posted right after you, yes please posts those pics!
And how was the blowback system bad? Engineering flaw or what???

| ^It will be all the Armalites, the 416 is just the first. They will be adding MP5s as well about 1 month later.
I have a pic, give me a bit to post it.

| ^lol I said it was bad "a*s*s" it just edited it, lol... I think it's a very cool system. Here's the L96: TT 416: Blow back system: Basically, it's an actual short stroke piston system, but using piston compressed air instead of gasses from gunpowder. | |

| will it be using the same system? I mean everything on the mp5 is shifted forward in front of the gearbox. Do you know how theyll make up for it? Also do you have any pics of the mp5? | |

| I'm assuming there will be some slight differences, but the general system should be the same. No pics yet, aside from one from the Top-Tech catalog. I'll try and take a pic of the brochure tomorrow. | |

| The systema does not have blowback, If it is a PTW there is no reason for blowback, imo
