First off I made a preorder for a KWA G36c the date for the preorder was 5/1/08. The gun got pushed back so I called them and asked them when I would get mine and the guy (who was an American no accent) said I could exchange it for cash or I could make an exchange with them and that the exchange could be like 20$ because of the inconvience.
