Upgrade time for KWA

Ok I need to upgrade my KWA. It is sitting there stock shooting 400fps with an ACOG. Well you think I would be happy right? Nope. I have about 150$ currently but by the end of this weekend if all goes well I will have 270. Do not reccomend TB barrel I already have money set aside for that. Also I don't really want any higher FPS. So am kinda wondering what I can do with this gun. I was thinking about getting the CA SPR grip. But I can't think of what else any reccomendations?

Like in your other subject, a M203, and if you have a local shop, maybe installing a crane stock,

M203 $150

Crane Stock $105

M203 is a waste it just weighs me down.

Crane stock isn't a bad idea but thats a bit pricey.

I agree with getting a Greande Launcher though, since it can spray opponents down close quarters. The Madbull M203 is great!

I am really not sure what you could do with this gun... You could get a silencer, not much for performance, but it would look sick (:

Lol, you can get an extended TB barrell, and use the silencer to cover it.

What TB would you get for this gun I wonder...

DB 6.01mm or a good 6.03mm one but not JBU and the length is a standard 363mm M4 length.

I would upgrade the Hop up. With that and the TB you should have much better accuracy and range.

The started getting DB Customs, so that is an option for us

Don't upgrade, get extras.

Purchase some of that gear you are missing, extra magazines, stock up on ammo, etc...

Also, just because you have money you don't need to spend it!
Save the money until you really need it.

I can't stand when people just buy stuff because they can. Why not save until Christmas and buy a Classic Army M249? Then you really have something to show for your money.

ROBO get an ACOG scope they work very well and look really nice. I have an AMP one with 7 different levels of brightness and it has green/red cross.
The CA M249 it not really worth the money in my opinion. Sure if you like to spray and feel like upgrading your gun its ok. But if you don't want to upgrade it its not really worth it. At most OP's SAW's have certain limits and they are no fun. Also if you do upgrade it most likely you would upgrade the spring which decreases the ROF.

I never said I had any money left lol. I was just wondering. But I would like to look into it so if I happen to get the money some time, I know what I would get.

And I don't think I will have to get another gun after this one, its amazing.

I have a 9.6V 1600 nimh nunchuk battery (Slim Type) and wow can it spit the BBs out! With some degree of accuracy to. The only thing I could think of upgrading to is a TB. And perhaps the hop up.

Oh and I hardly have any gear. So really if I were to get gear, I would need the basics, but this topic is about upgrading the KWA M4. I will open one about gear later. When the hole in my wallet heals.

Unless youre doing external mods, i dont think anything needs upgrading other than the barrel and Hop.

Internally your basically set besides a TB and a hop up. What you should do with the rest of your money is to make the externals look awesome (paintjob,optics,ris+handgrip,etc.).

actually with a KWA I dont think you even need a TB

They have a 6.05 mm barrel stock from what I have heard.

No like I said in another thread it says 6.05mm +/- .03mm. Its not 6.05 and its definately not 6.03mm. The one in mine is 6.08mm not 6.05.

How can you tell? I have taken mine out, do I just measure it ?

Well, wouldn't it be hard to measure hundredths of a millimeter. So I guess you would do it some other way.

I compared the accuracy to my friends CA M4 which has a 6.05mm barrel in it and the groupings weren't quite as good.

Well you are on a budget, and the gun itself is still VERY Accurate
