ECHO 1 SCAR IS HERE!!!!

That doesn't look right they tried to put a CQB front end but they still used the 5.56mm mag ew.

Echo 1 is killing a lot of things, not just the SCAR...

Even with the included barrel extension........the scar still looks kind of funny. Or at least to me

I personally don't like the SCAR at all now, so in the future when I may change my mind for some reason, I'll at least be glad I have a lot of options.

Like I said the Scar has been brutaly murdered and Echo 1 is the murderer.

hmm, didnt know echo 1 was like that. I thought when i had an Echo 1 MP5, it was pretty solid. But after hearing about this gun, and other guns they made, wow lol

I'm looking forward to the P90 though. Two standard caps, 7mm gearbox, 350 fps. You could turn that thing into a really nice gun.

The gun comes with a barrel extension, so other than the short barrel, what's wrong with the SCAR? It isn't any different than any other scars.....

It's the fake trades that put it off for me.

I just hate Echo 1, and I don't have a reason!

In real life the CQB front end is available with both calibers, so I fail to see why everyone is freaking out about it.

I also am wondering, exactly, what everyone is complaining about, aside from the improper trades.

Like the DBoys that it's a rebrand of, this SCAR is an almost EXACT replica of the real SCAR externally. Internally, this has very decent internals, and it has the proper metal content outside, so I fail to see what everyone is complaining about.

Am I just wierd, or do any of you agree? I kind of think it looks good with the cqb barrel, and also, the people who freak out. The M4 CQB and the, I believe the M177, or something like that. Have a regular M4 magazine, using the same .223/5.56 round.

Well, this is a change. A couple few months ago this forum was accused of being full of Echo1 fans, and now there is and "I Hate Echo1" thread. I cannot comment on this gun, but every Echo 1 I have used has been very good.

Its a Scar-L(light). In real life, they use those mags. The Scar-H(Heavy) uses 7.62.

Well the E1 "614" was 200 too, so its not too shocking.

Anyway, like Booligan said, this is what a Scar-L looks like, but a civilian version(black instead of tan).

Civvy version is still available in tan, just witth a longer barrel. I was ogling one at SHOT, lol... Very hot stuff.

OK! so, I have been doing my usual scan of the websites looking for guns that catch my attention and this gun was one of them. THe stats and reviews are leading me to believe that this a very solid and good gun. So, leaving all the hate of echo aside, how does this gun perform?? Is it a good, reliable gun?

I've heard good and bad news about it.

Look up reviews of the DBoys SCAR, and you'll find all the common problems.
