How come you didn't get a STAR SL8? They are like 250-300 bucks right now.

So what are your plans for the SL8?

Well, I had several reasons.
I could get the CA locally.
The CA comes 2 mags and a bipod.
I prefer F and S selector markings over 0 and 1.
And many other minor reasons.

My plans are:
Sorbothane
G&P Piston Head
EdGi or Prometheus 509mm tight bore barrel
Mosfet with active breaker
Hard firefly bucking
7mm solid bushings
SP150 spring
Guarder Infinite torque up gears
Guarder half teeth piston

I would go for a 6.01mm Edgi over a Prometheus since this is going to be a DMR.

How do the externals compare to your SRC? I've heard the SRC's externals are actually better than CA.

From what I saw of his gun(some of the pictures that he posted are at my house), some of the seams were horrible! But the feel was still excellent.

Both have the same great texture and shade, but the SRC wins because it is slightly stronger than the CA material. So yeah, what you heard was correct.
