| I contacted the retailer and they said to send it in, i looked at the shipping costs ($30-40 for both ways) and decided not to do it. Fix it cost $23 with shipping. | |

| Send Echo1 a document, tell them either honor the warranty within 48 hours or you will contact your card holder and report fraud. Also, contact the BBB.
