| I had decided to get Echo 1's G36c ver. 3, but then i saw that they had also released an AK-47. I didn't see any reviews for the AK, and I hadn't heard anything about it. How does it match up against the G36c? Thanks | |

| Hey, if you are talking about the TActical version AK with the RIS then that is the one I have. It is a very solid gun and everything on it is metal except for the stock, grips, and the RIS system. The grip is amazingly comfortable and the accuracy is excellent as well. The only problem I have had with it is the selector switch can come loose but that is easy to fix. As for the G36, I have heard great things but I have never used on. So, all in all, the AK is a very solid and good gun. | |

| I like the G36C better than the AK
My friend has the JG tactical AK which is the same thing and it is more accurate then the G36, but the gun is not built as solidly.
The AK's grip is useless and does not feel comfortable. If you are going to buy an AK, go for the VA AK-47 because it is full metal.
With the AK mag, you have to wind it every 30 shots.
With the G36 mag, you give it a full wind and you don't have to wind it again!
I'd go G36C because it is more sturdy, better rof, more compact, and the mag is way better

| Yeah, I would really say either one is a good choice and each gun has it's ups and down so really the question is: which gun do you like more? | |

| Ok, thanks everyone - I think I'm going to go with the G36c, partly because I've heard a lot of good things about it and also because I just like the way it looks Thanks again for your help | |

| That is a great choice. Looking back, I wish I had gotten the G36. Also, stealthmasterairsofter, the grip is amazingly comfortable!! | |

| I like the G36 over the Ak, because I like the clip better, you dont have to like kind of slide it in, you can put it straight in, I also like the G36 sights. Both good guns | |
