| Well, the VA FPS is more like 400. I would go with the G36. | |

| Okay, my friend has the VA MP5, I have the G36C
The metal on the MP5 is poor, but feels good to hold. The G36 plastic feels a lot more durable than the metal.
The selector switch is bad on the VA MP5
The selector switch on the G36 is good, not great and not bad.
ROF is decent on the MP5. The G36 has a MUCH faster rof
MP5 is slimmer and more compact
G36 is a somewhat wide gun, but feels great to hold
Range MP5 is said to have a range of 190. G36 -170
Effective range for G36C 130
FPS-350
380 for MP5
Mag holds 450 for G36 and they can clamp together
MP5 has a metal mag which holds 200. I like the G36 much better because it is overall a much better gun IMO. If you are getting the VA MP5, get the full stock version.
I'd go G36 because the performance isn't that much different than the MP5 and the build is much stronger. The ROF is a lot better also.

| Ok I would definately get the mp5 everyone on this site keeps talking about how amazing the g36 is. Its good but its not as good as every one says it is I use my JG M4A1 and it can easily take out the guys with there G36c's. I think the MP5 is a better gun. I mean does anyone else here but me think that metal is more durale then plastic. I know its not the best metal but its still metal. Also Stealth what are you comparing the metal on the Echo 1 with, because if your comparing it to CA and ICS there guns are 2-3x as much. | |

| No I'm comparing the metal with the plastic on my G36C. It does not feel as durable, but the gun looks VERY real.
I prefer my G36 because it is a better gun overall. The gearbox is V3 so it's easier to upgrade and such. The mags hold a lot more and all it takes is one full wind and YOU DON'T HAVE TO WIND IT AGAIN!
Beware though, the metal on the MP5 scratches easily and the full stock version has some battery connectivity problems. My friend had his battery plugged in, but it still wouldn't shoot. He jiggled the battery a bit and it worked after that.
MP5 is also a great gun. You will just need some accessories for it, such as extra mags and such.
EDIT
Just get the VA MP5, it has a lot more power and has a range of about 180 feet. It will probably be best for woodland.

Well, the MP5 does have a sector gear clip. I'd go VA, because it will work best for your area.

didn't you say you were playing in woodland? Or am I mistaking you for someone else? If you aren't playing woodland, get the G36C.

| I think both guns are good for woodlands, the Vector arms is just heavier, and coated in metal, thats the only difference | |

| Do you ever stop trying to prove other people wrong? Half the time you just sound dumb. If other people needed help they would post in this section. | |
