| Which gun should I get?
Vote on the gun that will last the longest, has the best accuracy, and has the best range.
Or vote for the gun you like best and then post why it's better
Please post which gun has the best accuracy if you know, or just post about a certain gun and why it's good.
Thanks guys
Why does everyone say that the JG's are better? Wouldn't they not last as long due to the more powerful spring? _________________

| I can vouch for the Echo 1 G36C.
One of my closest friends owns a Jg G36C, which is basically the same as an Echo 1 G36c, with a little more FPS.
He uses .20s, and it shoots rather well. About 100-120ft range max really.
Factory shimming was in my opinion terrible, so I reshimed it for him, and added in some metal bushings.(He has the V2 I think)

| Get the G36c. I have used it, and it is very good. The Vector Arms will not last as long because of the stronger spring. | |

| Well, if you downgraded the spring, it would be a great choice. Maybe better than the G36 cause of the metal body. | |

Where are you getting that from? A gun that shoots 340FPS has almost the same chance of a gearbox cracking with a gun that shoots 380FPS.

| Um.........OvermedicateD, the only thing different in the gearboxes of the G36C and the VA MP5, is that the MP5 has a sector gear clip. They both have metal spring guides and metal bushings | |

| Use the edit button, no double posting. Anyway, my bad, I forgot about the V3s. But my point still stands, you would be better off getting the VA E1s, since the higher stock FPS. Plus you get lame trades on a pot metal body | |

| Will the VA's last as long as the V3 G36?
And would you happen to know which gun is more accurate?
Thanks | |

| The VA series tends to shoot around 400Fps, when the gearbox is not fully supported for the M120 spring. The G36c V3 would last longer than the VA most likely, right now, there are no *perfect* answers. | |

| ^^ The only problem would be the shimming, because it is normally sub-par on ACMs. Get the gun, re-shim, then you would be fine.
Also scrap the battery, get a good 9.6v, and get some good ROF.

| The E1s don't have problems with shimming as far as I know.
I know a friend who can work on the gun for me if it breaks. I don't really know what "shimming" means. Care to explain?
Thanks for the help | |

| Shims are little pieces of metal that you use to make sure there is the right distance between the gears.
OmD, the guy at my walk in store told he that he never recommends VA guns cause the gearboxes break to fast.

| The G36 feels heavy, especially when the stock is folded for CQB
Its all right to hold.
(I have it) | |

| My friends JG G36C is very very light...
Since it uses a all plastic body, and has few metal externals.
Of course im used to lugging a 10+ pound M14, so anything less seems light.
