| Hey guys, In a little bit I will be purchasing my first high end brand. As some of you may know, I am cheap so price is a matter in this debate. I have heard great things about both of these gun. If all of you think that the G36 is a lot better, then I will consider getting it. I have private messaged some of you and everyone had great things to say about the gun. One person replied saying that the G&G aren't as reliable as they used to be. Anybody else have anything to say about this. Right now, Im mainly focused on the G&G but if everyone thinks the KWA is just so much better than I will think about it. Thanks G&G http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=139_24_107&products_id=2835KWA http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=139_24_202&products_id=2171 | |

| why not the KWA M4?
It depends what you want, a G36C or an M4?
I'd say KWA | |

| I would go with G&G because KWA is new to AEG's and I haven't heard much about the new KWA AEG's. | |

| Wow, nice article. Looks like the KWA M4 is truly the better choice. What are KWA's made out of?? How do you think it would compare to the G&G in a woodland environment. I do like the tactical versions with the solid stock but I am willing to make that sacrifice if te KWA M4 is really that good. | |

| Well it depends what you play as (rifleman, sniper, etc...) because as a rifle man or support you move a lot more, and you can damage your gun by dropping or banging it against something in a woodland evironment, and I am not sure the make quality of the KWA since it still could be metal, but the internals can be damaged easily, but as a sniper or DMR where you just mostly camp in the most strategic area where you can see most of the field (mostly high ground) you dont really need a durable gun sice all you do is flop down and camp till someone is spotted, I like both guns though. With just a little more info I can post what I think about it | |

| OK, I am mainly a rifleman. I like to sit and camp if I find a good spot but I also like to move around a lot sometimes. And I do know for a fact that the KWA is metal except for maybe the stock and hand-guard. Last, I think the gearbox is reinforced as well on the KWA. | |

| OK then they are both great guns, they are basiclly the same, except for there is no extendible stock, so for height, if you are not the tallest guy go with the M4 with the extendible stock and if you are fairly tall, and you aim, your eye is 4-8 inches away from the iron sights (average aiming length), then the M16 is good for you, because it still has barrel wobble except a little less than the M4 | |

| OK, so you are saying that the KWA has a little bit of barrel wobble? I am about 5 feet 10 inches, so which gun would be the right aim? | |

| Thats really what I have heard, but I think the GR 16 is better for you, It is a better known brand, and I think the full stocks accualy can be more confortable, since they are sometimes rubber backed or something unlike M4s which are usually just plastic | |

| Dude, why not the KWA M4?
Seriously, I'd get that instead of the G36C

| well
GGs have great metal bodies and they have been around for a while, so you know they are reliable
I can't say though, because I have not heard much about either

| I would say the M16, since the gun is usually more accurate with other brands, and with a tightbore, it is longer, letting the bb stablize for a longer time | |

| OK, well the decision has been made. I will go with the G&G GR16 Tactical carbine b/c of accuracy, durability, reliability and the price. Thank you those of you who helped me out! | |

| I think the main reason why KWA's are expensive is because they are the only (that I have seen) Li-Poly ready airsoft guns. Other than that I don't think there is any reason why you shouldn't get the G&G. | |

| Well they have 8mm gearboxes And they are shooting at 400 fps, while GG is shooting 350
I TAKE THAT BACK
GET THE KWA M4
If it can handle a lipo battery, the gun will last forever with just a normal battery.

| I have hear from numerous people that the gearbox in the G&G is tight so the internals wont break as easily. Also, If i want to, I can just upgrade the G&G. | |

| Well, upgrading gearboxes is no easy task.
If you do not have experience with upgrading mech boxes, you WILL not want to experiment on high priced guns like these.
If you read ASGI's article, you will know what is in the KWA gearbox is not typical after market parts.
I'd say the KWA is just as durable, if not more than the GG as far as the mech box goes.
