Boyi Spr Ris or Echo 1 Mp5 A4-5 RIS

Hi, I was wondering what you guys thought about these guns, I like the looks of the spr, but i know that the E1 out performs it it hands down. So which 1 should I get?

Also I was looking at the E1 Mp5 Ris A4, and the A5 verson, and a week ago the A5 verson was rated at 325fps and the A4 verson was rated at 400. Now I recently checked it and the a4 is the same but yet they changed the a5 to 400 also, the also changed the mp5-J to 365fps, BUT I know for a fact it only shoots 330fps because Airsoft Reports cronoed it in one of their reviews. so which one should i get, I like the look of the retractable stock better than fixed, but I want a good fps. So I dont know which fps they rated it at to belive, and their are NO reports on either of the guns. My friend has the A4, I've shot it, and i know its a solid gun, but I like the a5 better...

Simple get the A5. You like it better.

Fps, by the way, isnt what makes the gun good, so i suggest that you dont base what you want just by how high the fps is.

go for the Echo 1 MP5-A4. Full stock, large battery, longer life. Really a must get

Sorry! You dont have to get an Echo1 just find the company it rerbands, and get it cheaper from them

It rebrands the JG. BTW if you buy a JG you won't get metal bushings or a metal spring guide, but I don't think a gun shooting 330 needs those anyway.

It wont put a M110 on it though, (shooting 350-280) you will need it.

I have had experience with three Dboys aegs, all of them had decent bodies, and internals from hell.

Avoid Dboys.

And good M4s and good SPRs and great AKs.
I have 2 Dboys M4s, 1 SPR, and they are all great. No internal or external problems with them at all. All shoot at a comfortable FPS with a good ROF, after changing out the crap batteries.

Honestly, just get whatever you want. There really aren't any BAD MPEGs anymore, it's not like 2 years ago with the R6 and UTG MP5s. Basically any MPEG made in the last year will be just fine, so base your decision on looks, comfort, and magazine/part availability. It's all personal preferance now.

Well, I changed my mind about the A5 mp5, I dont like the looks of the battery conection through the ris...so its between the a4 and the spr, but I'm still in debate, and the bad thing is, that I have to make up my mind by tonight because I've got an airsoft war excatly 1 week from today...SOOOOO respond quick, I still honestly do not know which one to get...

Where do you live? If you live on the east coast you can get a gun from trinityairsoft. What role do you like playing SPR's are for people who like to be DMs. They usually have optics on their guns and if you were to get an MP5 you would run more often and spray more.

I am one who is neaver locked in one position, I know that if i need to that with the mp5 I can pick people off...but i do live in the Eastern part, I live in nc pedmont

I just bought the A4 RIS
and i really like it
its solid, metal, parts are widely available
mine chronoed in at 430
large type battery and easily accessable

so far i cant find one thing wrong with it

the usual mag-wobble is fixed with electrical tape, so theres no issue there

and it looks badass ^_^

get the full stock version. Trust me, you will want the full stock version. Two of my friends have the full stock version and the gun uses a lot of battery. Also, E1 puts in metal bushings, metal spring guide, and a sector gear clip in the VA MP5.

Where did you hear that E1 put that stuff in? I have never heard it I am not doubting you I just want to know.

I am 100% sure that E1 puts in metal bushings, a metal spring guide, and a sector clip in the VA MP5 ras. I have seen them myself. Besides, the only thing new there is the sector clip (it helps it feed better). All other echos have the metal bushings and spring guides. Also, ASGI said they have the new E1 MP5 A4 RAS that has 7mm bearings. I don't know if JG has all that, but I do know echo does. It is true that you can get the JG's for A LOT cheaper.

Alright thanks I have never owned an Echo 1 gun so I haven't opened one up. If you wanted to go the cheaper way you should just get a JG and put the stuff in on your own. I think the JG one has 7mm bearing though and I think metal bushing too but I may be wrong.
