you mean like the butt plate to get into the battery compartment?

I think the butt pad slides down. (I'm not sure though, I haven't seen my friend do it)

Well I called ASGI they told me to take it off the buffer tube and remove the two caps but then when I put the buffer tube back in there is no space for wiring. Question

EDIT: Ok well there are two tabs that you pull together to get the butt plate off. I had to use pliars. You also have to pull out the buffer tube and put the battery in that way. It is VERY complicated but I send a thanks out to the wonderful people at ASGI.
